When our schedule permits, Active Learning Systems conducts 1-Day Regional Seminars where teachers, administrators, librarians, and g/t and curriculum coordinators are trained in IIM, our proven-effective research tool. They learn how to motivate students by taking the frustration out of research assignments; they add a barrel full of strategies on how to prevent plagiarism while implementing their own curriculum; and they collaborate with the creators of the IIM model as well as with other regional educators.
